also das warn schon mal schön viele aber ich glaub die reichen:
cl_crosshairscale x <-- je höher die zahl für x desto kleiner das fadenkreuz
cl_scalecrosshair x <-- verlängert die 4 crosshairteile
cl_crosshairalpha x <-- je höher alpha wert, desto kleiner ist die transparenz

einfach rechtsklick in deiner mygames liste auf Counter-Strike:Source dann auf Properties dann auf set launch options und da dann einfach -console reinschreiben dann wird direkt die console beim css starten gestartet
